FACEBOOK

There are people wondering why facebook is so famous, “yeah why is it famous”. Its famous because Its a addicted site where people get obsessed about it, like posting messages that are bad or even bad photos.

There are so many people that are under aged who has a facebook page. Of course because you'd, probably want to talk to friends and post photos all of that but you have to be over 16. Its easy to make an account but really theres about a 90& out of 100 people who have one under aged.

I believe if you have an account you would have to be cyber smart and make sure what you post is sensible, remember it goes out to public to see, YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN SOMEONES WATCHING. You should never ever say bad things or else maybe you might not get a job when you grow up.

I want every under aged person to dellete their facebook account because you might not know about the rules or you may post and not have noticed it was bad. You should stay in school and always strive to succeed

Paralympics

First of all i'm going to tell you about paralympics, para aka, paralyzed means that a part of someone's body or, someones whole body is paralyzed. They can't really feel it. I'm amazed what these people can do and that they can do olympics, they are awesome. I've researched about these three type of sports i'm about to write about.

Cycling
If you were watching cycling you’d think, what are these people riding because they're peddling with there hands!!!. My opinion is, they’re cool bikes and infact I want one because they look challenging but hard. Watching the women's road race, “man maybe I don't want to do that, because you will have to be ULTRA strong”.

Atheletics
The mens Blade 100m sprints who were ready to take of “I said to my bro I wonder how they feel” He replied back with a quiet voice “YEAH”. Bang of they went, zooming down the track with a blanket full of people cheering “Yahhh”. The winner of that race was a man called Oscar, who could barely talk after that round.

Basketball
Bang!!! the wheels of the wheelchair hit together. A lady from USA, United States of America had the ball in her hands SMACK! of the backboard “yahh” the crowd shouted, “man these girls are skilled what a hell of a 3 pointer it was” my little brother said. After a while the score was 6 something and It was over the final score counts. Low score but super awesome game.

STEP UP MIAMI

MOB 1
The ultimate , supercharged engines in muscle cars rumbled loudly, cruising down the main street of Miami!!! Vroom! Vroom! As the lady hit the music, boom boom, out came everyone for the mob (dance crew). Everyone around them that weren't a part of the crew, were stunned. “Who are these people?” they asked each other, “And what are they doing?” The most amazing part was when three cars moved hydraulically, while people are jumping on them. UP AND DOWN!!! A man apart of the mob, places glass in the middle of the road, tagging the mob during the middle of this chaos.

MOB 2
They're mixed up in an art centre, camouflaged into the art, looking like theres nothing there but there is. People are walking past and they give them a huge fright, by moving. Then every art moves and does really really cool types of dancing. Theres this girl witch is one of the leaders girlfriend and everyone follows her around, they follow her into this black room with sparkling highlighted jellyfish floating in the air and ballerina dancers.

MOB 3
The mob is walking in black with suitcases, amongst normal people, in the bank. They stop what they are doing and freeze, after a while the whole group walks down the elevator doing awesome moves. While another group apart of the mob performs their part, “man its awesome” my mum said while we were watching it.

THE FINAL MOB

Swinging their spark sticks around, everyone looked at them. “What's happening” said the mayor of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Then they formed a circle and the mob danced to show how frustrated they are and that they didn't want to lose their neighbourhood. Then they looked up on these huge massive containers, there were a couple of people standing up on the tallest one. Down they went and people freaked out, NEKMINIT!!! there was a trampoline, they were doing all sorts of moves, like backflips, forward flips and many more.

Beep Beep Beep!!!!

One of the most known way to test your fitness, (beep test), many people use this test, like Usain Bolt and Yohan Blake who olympians. Beep tests are one of the main test that New Zealand rugby 7s uses. Heaps and heaps of people use this test, not only to see how fit you are, but to keep fit!!!

Last Friday we went out in the freezing cold air, prepared to set the goal. As soon as we got out there, Miss V told us the instructions. She asked who has done it before and no one put there hand up except for Dee Dee, so she explained to him.

All the explaining and instructions had been finished, and it was time for the test. I said to myself “man I should have brought my runners”. The first beep went and I paced myself jogging slowly to the 20 metre line. As soon as I got there I timed myself so that when I get there the beep will go. Richard jumped out then kingston hopped out, after that it was level 3 number 7, and I jumped out. “Man was that tiring” kingston said in a tired voice.

It was ALL over and everyone was buggered. Miss Vaafusuaga aka (Miss V) called out the results, Jephte got the highest score in the end. The funny thing was “I struggled to walk back to class”, “hahaha giggling to myself”.

Rowing Olympics

The rowing in the London olympics, has been an absolute success, winning five medals, 3 gold and 2 bronze. The gold takers were Mahe Drysdale, who took out the single sculls, Nathan Cohen and Joe Sullivian (double sculls).

Rapping the thick heavy blanket around me I changed the channel to 135 to watch Mahe. Shouting out to my mum I said “can you bring me some Ice - Cream please” with an angry voice. The green light went off and off they went zooming in the water looking like a jet. Czech Republic were nearly there and my mum said “yeah it's they're going to win”, and I said “wait they're in front”, “and theres 2 meters to go”. “Yay we won” I shouted yelling the whole household out.

Mahe Drysdale the best olympic rower of all time, which is also my favourite rower. There are heaps of reasons why I like Mahe, but the most important reason is because he is determined and strong. Mahe is well known for, the rowing in olympics and is always keen to win next time. Man as soon as he won the single sculls he poured out a tsunami of tears.

Olympics

On the weekend my brother and I were watching one of the olympic sports, weightlifting which is really cool to watch. We were watching the 63kg women. The first opponent was Jung John Lee and she didn't look it, but man she was powerful. She was lifting a hundred and something and BANG!!!! it hit the floor looking like an earthquake. The next opponent was a small young lady called Chung Lee, which was representing Japan.

The second olympic sport we were watching was Equestrian because I love watching it, and it makes me want to go to the farm. The first olympian was Michael Jung, witch was from Germany. He won the gold medal in the show jumping and I reckon he deserved it, but New Zealand could have won it.

Last Week

Last Friday my mum, brother and I went down the line to Waimana. Waimana is a small place out of Whakatane, where my Koro lives, population around 700. We left about lunch time after packing our stuff and putting it in the car, for my Aunty's birthday. As we got on the motorway I spotted this car to the right speeding in the middle lane. My brother and I fell asleep for a couple of hours, eventually we woke up before we were finally there. “Wow", I said, "that took long as”!!!

Unpacking our stuff into the spare room, we fell asleep after a long sleepy drive. Waking up in the morning ,I yelled "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" to my aunty Te Rangiataahua. We cleaned up our beds and packed for a day at Rotorua pools, because that is her favourite place to swim. We arrived at the stinky smelly place (ROTORUA). As I walked into the changing room, I nearly slipped over on the slippery slimy floor. I walked to the pool and dived in making a humongous splash. Then I jumped out because it was freezing cold. I decided the spa will be a better choice. As I slipped in the spa, there was a sign that said this pool requires a coloured band, I said to myself "lucky my mum brought one". We spent a couple more hours at the pool then we had lunch and went back home to Waimana.
